YOU’RE ALREADY PART OF THE REVOLUTION…
If you’ve ever stayed up too late for one more chapter…
If you’ve ever handed someone a book and said, “You have to read this…”
If you believe a story can change a mind, a perspective, or a life…
YOU’RE A BFB BOOK NERD.
We put books where they belong: in people’s hands
BFB TURNS BELIEF INTO ACTION
BFB creates access to books and the freedom to choose them— especially for those people who have historically been denied both.
A community that believes reading is for everyone
BOOK NERD IS THE MOVEMENT
We’re people who love books and believe that reading can change lives. Together, we support BFB’s work and grow the movement.
READING IS REVOLUTION.
Books do more than tell stories.
They spark curiosity. Challenge assumptions. Build empathy. Open minds. And put new possibilities within reach.
FOR EVERY KIND OF READER
The lifelong reader.
The occasional reader.
The person who hasn’t found their book yet.
There is no right way to be a reader.
There’s room here for people who read constantly, people who read sometimes, and people who are just beginning.
Make Reading your own.
Books belong where people are.
OUR PROJECTS
Food Banks. Clinics. Schools. Shelters.
Recovery Centers. Community Gatherings.
Sometimes that means a shelf. Sometimes it means bringing the books with us.
You love books. Put that love in motion.
JOIN THE MOVEMENT
Follow. Share. Show up. Volunteer. Give. Wear It.
There’s more than one way to be a part of this. Find your way in.
Loving books is worth being loud about.
WEAR WHAT YOU BELIEVE
Book Nerd is meant to be seen, carried, worn and shared.
